Thanks to a grant from County Durham Foundation we are developing detached youth work in the Lanchester area. Following surveys and research it was felt that there was a lack of non-statutory youth provision in the area.
As from W/C 13th April our youth workers (Kathleen and Allison) will be in Lanchester every Thursday and Friday evening engaging young people and developing further youth work based on the needs of the young people themselves.
